Labor Online connects landscapers and yard pros with homeowners booking weekly lawn care, hedge and tree trimming, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Tropical growth means yards need attention more often than mainland US — recurring weekly and bi-weekly bookings build a steady route.
About the role
Yardwork is route-based on Labor Online — once a customer books you weekly, they tend to stay weekly. The pros who joined first have built routes of 8–15 weekly homes within tight geographic zones (Santurce, Condado, Guaynabo, Bayamón).
Pressure washing and gutter cleaning fill in around the lawn route — they're higher-ticket one-time jobs that book heavily after storms and ahead of holidays.

Contract terms, pay & hours
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment with Labor Online.
1099 independent contractor — not employment. You set your rates, schedule, and route. Keep 100% of the rate you list; the customer pays a platform fee on top. Weekly Stripe payouts. You handle your own taxes.
Most yard pros on Labor Online work mornings — start at 7 AM, wrap by 1 PM to beat the heat. Routes of 4–8 homes a day are common; weekly recurring customers anchor the schedule and one-time pressure wash / gutter jobs fill the gaps.
