1. Independent Contractor Relationship

As a service provider on Labor Online PR, you are an independent contractor, not an employee. This means:

• •You decide when and where to work
• •You set your own rates
• •You can work with other platforms simultaneously
• •You are responsible for your own taxes

2. Fees and Payments

Labor Online PR charges a fee for connecting Taskers with customers:

• •Weekly payouts to your bank account
• •No hidden fees or additional charges
• •Receive 1099 form for your taxes

3. Cancellation Policy

We expect you to honor your commitments to customers:

• ⚠️No-show: Loss of booking fee + impact on your rating
• ⚠️Late cancellation (<4 hours): Moderate impact on your rating
• ✓Early cancellation (>24 hours): No penalty

4. Quality Standards

To maintain customer trust, we expect you to:

• •Arrive on time to appointments
• •Complete work as agreed
• •Maintain professional communication
• •Respect customer property
• •Keep necessary licenses up to date

5. Insurance and Liability

As an independent contractor:

• •You are responsible for your own liability insurance
• •Labor Online PR offers additional protection up to $10,000 per incident
• •You must report any incidents within 48 hours

6. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Customer data you receive may only be used to complete the requested service.

7. Termination

You can stop using Labor Online PR at any time. Labor Online PR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, receive repeated complaints, or engage in fraudulent conduct.
