Labor Online PR is a platform that connects users seeking home services with independent service providers ("Taskers"). Labor Online PR acts solely as an intermediary and does not directly employ the service providers.
3. Account Registration
To use certain Platform services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with Platform operations
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Circumvent Platform security measures
5. Payments and Fees
Service prices are set by the providers (Taskers). Labor Online PR charges a service fee for facilitating the transaction. All payments are securely processed through our payment platform.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to charges according to the provider's policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Labor Online PR is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Taskers. We act solely as intermediaries to facilitate the connection between users and service providers.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform.
