Free cancellation up to 4 hours before

You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled service.

50% refund within 4 hours

If you need to cancel within 4 hours of the service, you will receive a 50% refund.

Full refund if provider doesn't show

If the provider does not show up for a confirmed appointment, you will receive a full refund plus a credit for your next booking.

Provider Accountability

No-show penalty

Providers who fail to show up for a confirmed appointment without prior notice will receive a rating penalty and may lose their service fee.

Repeated cancellations

Providers with a history of frequent cancellations will be flagged on their profile and may be suspended from the platform.
